AOA Political Action Luncheon: Supporting Property Owners, Strengthening Housing, and Building Community

Julie Markarian is proud to invite you to the AOA Political Action Luncheon, an important annual event hosted by the Apartment Owners Association (AOA). This luncheon brings together housing providers, investors, and industry leaders to support responsible property ownership and the policies that help keep California’s rental housing industry strong.

This year’s event is more than a luncheon. It is a chance for property owners to come together, stay informed, and directly support advocacy efforts that protect housing providers from harmful legislation.
