When we finally identified the right property, she went above and beyond advocating for the best deal for me, even at some cost to herself. I truly got the sense that her priority was my best interest, from leaving no stone unturned in investigating the structural integrity of the property, as well as advocating on my behalf for the best price, and then even assisting with finding the best loan options for me.

Julie was professional, personable, thoughtful and not afraid to go to bat for me to get me the best deal. She made such an impression on me that 8 years later I am happy to say that I now consider her to be one of my closest friends. To this day she still looks out for me, sharing her years of experience in real estate, finances and property management to help me succeed as a landlord, and with pursuit of my dreams of investing in real estate.
